Summerwell is a most unique community. Sixteen architect designed luxury homes were being created for a legacy site on Mercer Island. Everything was unique about this location, from the specimen trees to the Koi pond created by the previous owners.

Fusion made things personal!
We were greatly impressed by the team the client had assembled for the design phase of this new neighborhood. A renowned architect, a sought after interior designer, and an award-winning landscape architect were collaborating to create sixteen unique home designs. This was not only going to be a luxury community, but each home would be a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. This gave the Fusion creative team the cue to build the marketing around the unique personalities and talents of the design team.
We began the campaign with simple one-on-one interview videos so prospective clients could get to know “their” architect and designers on a personal level.
