The online shopping trend has been disrupting many industries and has already changed new home marketing tactics we believe, for the better. We discuss that in an earlier installment of this series, Part #3 – The 10 pm Website.

The online process will, in time, make homebuyers more knowledgeable and, believe it or not, they will become much more connected with your homebuilding process. A smarter homebuyer will better understand your needs as a homebuilder and they will become more reasonable with their expectations.

If you’re involved in the new home sales process, we predict that your job is safe. Your expertise will still be critical, but your job will look a lot different in the next few years.
